What is the Gift Card?

The Brincatoys Gift Card is the perfect solution for gifting, allowing the recipient to choose exactly what they want from our online store.

It consists of a digital voucher, sent by email, with a pre-selected value. This amount can be used, up to the available balance, for one or more purchases exclusively at www.brincatoys.pt.

How to Purchase the Gift Card

1. Choose the Amount: Select one of the predefined values for your card and add it to your shopping basket.
2. Personalise (Optional): If you wish to send the card directly to a third party, fill in the form with the recipient's email address. You can also specify a particular sending date and write a personalised message.
3. Complete the Order and Payment: Proceed to checkout. Fill in the required billing details and make the payment to complete your order (customer registration is not mandatory).
4. Receive the Voucher: After the order is processed, the digital voucher will be sent to the specified email(s) (buyer and/or recipient).
5. Manual Gifting: If you choose to receive the card only in your email, you may forward or print it to give as a gift.

How to Use the Gift Card

1. Shop: Browse the store at www.brincatoys.pt and add the desired products to your basket.
2. Enter the Code: At checkout, enter the unique code found on the voucher in the "Gift Card" field.
3. Redeem the Balance: The card value will be automatically deducted from your purchase total.
4. Partial Use: The code is valid for multiple individual purchases. It is not necessary to use the full balance at once; the remaining amount will be available for future purchases.
5. Excess Amount: If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card credit, the customer will pay the difference using one of the other payment methods accepted by our store.
6. Balance Check: The Gift Card balance can be checked at any time via the link provided in the original email or, if you are a user, added and viewed in the Apple Wallet app.

Terms and Conditions of Use

• Validity: The Gift Card is activated upon issue and has no expiry date.
• Non-Refundable: The BRINCATOYS Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, refunded (even partially), or credited to a card or bank account.
• Online Exclusivity: The card is valid only for online purchases at www.brincatoys.pt.
• Liability: BRINCATOYS is not responsible for loss, theft, misplacement, damage, or unauthorised use of the Gift Card Voucher. It will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
