When you shop online, you earn 4% back in credits and gain access to unique benefits such as the 8% "Boost Prime" and the "See Before Buy It" service. To manage and enjoy these benefits, simply create an account and log in.

How do I join Brinca Prime? Is there a cost?

Joining is completely free. To activate and manage your Brinca Prime benefits, just create a customer account on our online store.

I already have an online store account. Am I already a Brinca Prime member?

Yes, all customers with a registered account on our online store are automatically Brinca Prime members and are already enjoying all the benefits.

How do I earn and use my online "Credits"?

For every purchase completed on the online store, 4% of your order value is automatically recorded as Brinca Prime credits, linked to the email used for the purchase. This calculation excludes shipping costs (if any).

To view and use these credits, you must be logged into your account during checkout. The available balance will appear as an option at payment.

I made a purchase as a "guest" and wasn’t logged in. Did I earn credits?

Yes, credits are earned and linked to the email used for the purchase, even if you bought as a "guest".

However, to view and use these credits, you must:

- Create an account with the same email used for the purchase.

- Or, if you already have an account linked to that email, log in before completing your next order. This way, the accumulated balance will be visible and ready to use in your account.

What is the "Boost Prime"?

On the last weekend of each month, all purchases made on our online store (linked to your email) earn double credits. Instead of the usual 4%, you accumulate 8% in credits on those orders.

What does the "See Before Buy It" service involve?

This exclusive service allows you to ask questions about a product before buying it online. There are two options:

Video Sample: You can request a short, focused video of the product, which our team will send to you.

View In Store: You can ask for the item to be made available in our physical store to see it in person, with no obligation to buy.

In both cases, you must contact our online store in advance. This service applies to a maximum of 3 items at a time.

Do I have to pay for "See Before Buy It" or am I obliged to buy?

No, this is a free service with no purchase obligation. Its aim is to help you make the best decision.

What is the difference between "Credits" (online) and "Points" (physical store)?

Credits (Brinca Prime) - Earned through online purchases and redeemed only in the online store (while logged in).

Points (Physical Store Programme) - Earned (4%) and redeemed only in our physical store through the local loyalty programme.

These are separate programmes, but Brinca Prime offers a unique advantage that links them.

I have points in the physical store. Can I use them online?

Not directly. However, as a Brinca Prime member, you have the exclusive benefit of being able to request the conversion of your Points balance (physical) into Credits (online).

How does the Points ⟷ Credits conversion work?

On our website, you will find a simple form where you can request to convert your points (accumulated in the physical store) into credits (to use online), or vice versa. Our team will handle the balance transfer so you can use it wherever is most convenient for you.

Where can I check my credit balance?

Credits will be made available in the account associated with the registered customer, specifically in the "Cashback" section of the customer area. The credit amount, resulting from your last purchase in our online store, will be available after the order payment and reversed in case of cancellation or return.
