Required information (before submitting)

To allow faster validation and processing, it is recommended to have the following ready:

• Full name and email address
• Gift card number/code (if applicable)
• Account/customer identification in the physical store and/or online store (depending on the request)

In some cases, additional information may be requested for ownership validation and security.
