After being captured by the mutant hunter Dirk Savage, Tokka was rescued by his best friend Rahzar. Together, Tokka and Rahzar form a fearsome duo, causing havoc and posing a significant threat to the turtles and their allies. Tokka is full of action with 31 points of articulation for maximum posing and play and measures approximately 15 cm.
