
Brinca Prime: Terms and Conditions

“ Brinca Prime ” is the loyalty program of the Brincatoys online store, promoted by Brincadeiras ao Cubo, Games and Toys Trade, Lda. (NIPC 510204538), headquartered at Marina Plaza, Daytona Beach Building, Block 27-A, Store 79, 8125-401 Quarteira (hereinafter, “ Brincatoys ”).
1. Scope and Adherence
1.1. The Brinca Prime program is valid exclusively in the online store www.brincatoys.pt. The Brincatoys physical store points program is a separate program.
1.2. Participation in Brinca Prime is free and implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1.3. Formal membership and management of Brinca Prime benefits (balance checks, conversions, etc.) are done through customer registration on the website. To enjoy Credits and other benefits, the customer must be logged in to their account during the purchase.
1.4. The customer is responsible for keeping their data updated in the customer area.
2. Credit Accumulation (Balance)
2.1. For each purchase made in the Brincatoys online store, 4% of the value of the products (shipping and taxes excluded) is accumulated in Credit (“Balance”).
2.2. The Balance is accumulated based on the email used in the purchase, even if made as a "guest".
2.3. The Balance is credited to the Brinca Prime account linked to the purchase email, after confirmation of payment for the order.
2.4. The Balance calculation is done to the nearest cent (standard mathematical rounding).
2.5. The Balance is not transferable between customers nor is it directly convertible into cash. Its use is restricted to the conditions defined herein.
2.6. The Balance is not valid and does not expire while the Brinca Prime program is active.
3. Exclusive Brinca Prime Benefits
3.1. "Boost Prime": 8% Online Cashback
3.1.1. On the last weekend of each month, all purchases made in the online store www.brincatoys.pt (associated with a Brinca Prime account or the registration email) accumulate 8% of the value of the products in Credit, instead of the usual 4%.
3.1.2. The exact date of the “last weekend” will be communicated in a timely manner on the website.
3.2. "See Before Buy It"
3.2.1. Brinca Prime members can request to view an item in the online store before purchasing it, using two methods:
a) Video Sample: Sending a short video of the product, focusing on the details requested by the customer.
b) Availability in Store: Preparation of the item(s) for viewing in our physical store, without any purchase commitment.
3.2.2. Orders can be placed through the product page on the website or in the customer area. Brincatoys will confirm receipt and the delivery/shipping deadlines.
3.2.3. This service is free and does not require purchase of the item. Its purpose is to assist with purchasing decisions.
4. Balance Redemption (Online)
4.1. To redeem the accumulated Balance, the customer must be logged into their Brinca Prime account on the website.
4.2. Redemption is made directly at the end of the order (checkout) in the online store, as a payment method, always using the total balance available for application to the order.
4.2.1. If the Balance is less than the order value: it is applied in full and the Customer selects another method to pay the difference.
4.2.2. If the Balance is equal to the order value: cover the entire amount; the account balance remains at R$0.
4.2.3. If the Balance is greater than the order value: the required amount is applied and the remainder remains in the Balance in the Brinca Prime account.
4.3. Partial redemption of the Balance is not possible for online purchases.
5. Returns and adjustments
5.1. In the event of a full refund of an online order, the Credit attributed to that purchase is immediately removed from the Brinca Prime account and any Balance redeemed on that purchase is cancelled (or adjusted in the next transaction).
5.2. In the case of a partial refund, the removal/adjustment of the Credit is made in proportion to the item(s) returned.
6. Balance Conversion (Online ⇄ Physical Store)
6.1. Brinca Prime offers its members the possibility of converting the Balance accumulated online into points for use in the physical store, and vice versa (points from the physical store into online Credit).
6.2. Conversion must be requested using a specific form available in the customer area of the website www.brincatoys.pt.
6.3. The conversion of Credits ⟷ Points is always total (it is not possible to convert only a portion of the available balance). The conversion value is R$1 in Credit = R$1 in points (or equivalent value in the physical store's points program, as defined at the time of conversion).
6.4. After the request, Brincatoys will carry out the conversion within a reasonable period of time, informing the customer of its completion.
7. Communications
7.1. The Customer may be notified about their Brinca Prime Balance, benefits and other relevant program information by email and/or WhatsApp (in accordance with the preferences and consents given in their account).
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Brincatoys reserves the right to update these terms and conditions and/or modify, suspend, or cancel the Brinca Prime program at any time. The current version will always be published and accessible at brincartoys.pt.
8.2. In case of cancellation of the program, a period may be granted for redemption or conversion of the remaining Balance, to be communicated on the website.
8.3. The General Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy of Brincatoys, available on the website, apply subsidiarily and to the extent not contradicted by these conditions.
